The form will then direct you to email a copy of the information it provides to the Krunker recovery email: [[1]]

Response times vary from 1-7 days depending on the information you provide.

Accepted Methods of Providing Proof Of Ownership

The form linked above requests the following information in order to assist you. Failure to provide enough/accurate info may affect response times.

I.P. Addresses

• Krunker stores I.P. Addresses associated with accounts for account recovery purposes. (They can see what I.P. addresses logged into what Krunker accounts)
• Only send your IP address through email and only to the official Yendis email.

KR/Bundles/Ingame Purchases

• Only applicable if you have purchased anything from the in-game store using real world money.
• Include your Xsolla/Google/Apple/PayPal transaction ID or invoices.

Previous KR/Premium Gifts

• Only applicable if you are level 35+ and have gifted KR to many users ( which can't be your alternate accounts ).
• Provide 3 users ( with the amount if possible ) who you have gifted KR to ( Must be at least 1 week before ).

Linked Twitch Account

• A recovery code will be provided if your Twitch account is still linked to your Krunker Account.

Market Purchases

• Only applicable if you are level 20+ and have bought at least 3 items from the in-game market.
• DO NOT include skins from trades/spins, specify the weapon if the skin is used on multiple weapons ( eg: Green Poly AK )

Still Logged in Client/Browser ( Forgot Password )

• A recovery code will be sent to your inbox from 'Krunker_Team'

Verified/Partnered Accounts

• Approved partners can use their partner emails to verify proof of ownership.
• Verified players will be verified by the team by messaging in discord/reddit/other applicable social platforms ( where the player was originally verified ).

Previously Reported accounts

• Only applicable if you are below level 25.
• Provide usernames and levels of 3 accounts you have reported to KPD in the past.
• Any other information you remember can be provided.

Previous Passwords

• If you can remember two passwords which are at least one month apart, or three passwords if they are a week apart

Any other mean of proof may not be accepted as valid proof of ownership, using these recovery methods grant you the highest possibility of account recovery from
